Junior Compliance Specialist

Our software monitors and analyses thousands of legal documents, from various sources, in real-time, to help financial companies keep up with regulatory changes and updates. Daitomic handles massive amounts of information, making it suitable to streamline regulatory-based decision-making.

That is why we are looking for a talented Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' regulatory compliance and enhancing our AI-driven solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Legal Compliance Analysis: Assist in analyzing various regulations, tracking legal trends, and evaluating legal data to support the development of AI features for our product.
• Regulatory Alerting: Collaborate with our team to supervise the regulatory alerting service, ensuring timely updates to clients regarding any regulatory changes affecting their business.
• Data Accuracy: Work closely with the data team to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of regulatory data.
• Compliance Processes: Gain hands-on experience in compliance processes within financial institutions, contributing to the overall compliance strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Law Degree or in a related field.
• Up to one year of experience, preferably in legal compliance, regulatory affairs, or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Italian and English.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with soft-laws and regulatory frameworks in various jurisdictions.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
