Marketing Lead B2B

Aptus.AI is a rapidly growing AI startup providing an innovative B2B SaaS solution called Daitomic.
Our software monitors and analyses thousands of legal documents, from various sources, in real-time, to help financial companies keep up with regulatory changes and updates. Daitomic handles massive amounts of information, making it suitable to streamline regulatory-based decision-making.

This requires a passionate and multidisciplinary team with an open-minded attitude that is creative and adaptable.

That is why we are looking for a talented Marketing Lead B2B to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that will position Aptus.AI as the prominent solution in the Italian market and internationally.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
  • Lead the marketing team, delegating responsibilities and ensuring everyone is aligned with the marketing strategy.
  • Establish the company as a thought leader in the RegTech space through content, webinars, and participation in industry events.
  • Create case studies and compelling success stories showcasing how the SaaS solutions have benefited clients.
  • Oversee the generation of the leads through a variety of channels, including online marketing, offline marketing, and account-based marketing.
  • Coordinate with external communication and PR companies in order to contribute to the definition of the company's communication strategy.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the Sales team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies.


  • Marketing and/or Communication degree, or related field.
  • Previous experience, at least 5 years, preferably in FinTech start-ups, in developing and executing B2B Marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Italian and English.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with FinTech environments.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
